However, You can buy a Jumbo skin for a Honda Goldwing, or a big Harley Cruiser or for a bit smaller seat like my Victory King Pin, a medium size skin will do just fine. How do you hold em on is the first question..well put a bunji chord over the front and back of the seat, or attach a bit of elastic under the seat, or tie a piece of rawhide under the seat. That way when it rains, you can pull it off quickly and stow it in your saddle bag. Scroll down and click to see the various colors, sizes, and prices. HOW TO ATTACH:
Method #1
This skin is simply draped over the seat tucked underneath, then a bungee chord holds it on. You can cut it & trim to shape it to the seat, with a sharp razor blade on the back side and it will not fray. You could also tie raw hide from side to side under the seat to hold it into place. ( Or use a thin piece of wash line to tie underneath)
Then on those long rides, your bottom side will not feel like raw hamburger.

Yes we can custom fit it just like we do the car seats, the same colors too, and do the back rest. It would be easiest, and you would get the best job, if you took the seat off and what ever else you want covered, and send it to us UPS at: Sickafus Sheepskins, Rt 78, Exit 19, Strausstown, PA 19559……or….drive it out. Open 7 Days a week AM to 6 PM.

Get a gang together and go for a ride, visit our store, and rummage through our cheapie sheepie pile, just inside the door. Find some bargains, $10 to $29.99 Our store is “Pat Garrett’s Sheepskin Outlet”, Rt. 78, Exit 19, Strausstown, PA. 19559 We are open Saturday and Sunday so lots of folks make our place a destination ride. We carry a nice line of men’s and ladies bike jackets too, fairly priced, as well as saddle bags, hats, men’s & ladies boots, gloves, vests tool bags etc.
Motel on Premises, if its a long ride. One Double bed. $39.99 a night. Yes, we have nice clean rooms & cable TV. Its a 1960 vintage motel but clean. Blue Mountain Lakes is an 8 Mile ride over the mountain from us, a nice biker bar if you want a place to hang while your here.
Sheepskin Custom Fitted Motor Cycle Seat Covers.
Bring in your seat, or UPS it to us at Sickafus Sheepskins, Rt 78 Exit 19, Strausstown, PA 19559. Custom seatcovers range from $119.99 up to $179.99. We will need to have your seat, or a photo of it to quote a price, but in any case it will be a fair price. It will have elastic around the edge and a velcro strap for a quick take off.
Your seat will cost close to the ones above. A bit more if its larger, a bit less if there is less work or sheepskin involved. Jeff and Sickafus Sheepskins is awesome!
Several calls to Jeff at the store, over 2 or 3 days after finding them online searching in google, then going through items in their website. Jeff was patient, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice. I purchased a jumbo long hair sheepskin pelt in “Grey Fox” for my 1993 Honda Goldwing GL1500 motorcycle seat. Just the raw pelt. I did not have them custom fit it to my bike.
Shipping from Pa to Northern Va took like 1 day wow! Came in a clean recycled automotive oil box, nice work recycling guys! The pelt looks great, seems very sturdy, and is more than big enough for my bike seat, front and back.
Jeff even provided me an elastic strap and some serious safety pins to make my own straps to hold the pelt to my seat. I trimmed most of the wool off the front/head end. About 6in worth. Cut a slot in it to go over the tab on the front of my bike seat that locks into a slot on the bike. Cut the elastic strap in half and with my seat off put the front slot over the seat tab and attached the 2 straps about 1/3 and 2/3 of the length of the pelt with some of the safety pins.
Stays on the bike perfectly so far with no complaints. Looks awesome to me. Feels super nice riding on it. Like I’m in a nice wool easy chair lol! Way better then any stock leather seat. No more sore sweaty bottom in the heat! Everyone thats seen it says it looks great. Thanks very much Pat and Jeff, your sheepskin pelts and service are fantastic!
