My jacket just arrived, and you most certainly made my day , It's "a keeper" and everything I expected and more. The fit is adequately roomy; the quality is excellent, and thank you for convincing me about getting the hood. My wife initially had some reservations about how I would look in it but then became very pleasingly impressed. She also and wanted me to commend you and your company personally on the workmanship provided.
As a note of little humor, if this jacket lasts me 40 years, as you mentioned it should, I'll then be 116 years old!!! Regardless I hope and pray that I am blessed to be able to wear it for many years to come.
