There is never a charge for an exchange of any item. Any item kept for 7 days will be considered a completed sale. If you wish to return an item please contact us with in 7 days and let us know your wishes, we will be happy to exchange standard items that we stock, if they are completely fresh and clean. Sale, close out or one of a kind items may not be available in other sizes or colors, however you may exchange the for other items. There is a 10% restocking fee if you order an item before Christmas and return it after Christmas, and want to return it for credit. Coats custom made to your measurements will be made to the measurements you give us, so if you are not sure how to measure, please call Pat or John for exact instructions to get the proper measurements. There is a 10% restocking fee on these items as well.
